Lotus Communications Corp. is one of the largest privately owned Radio station groups in the United States. It was founded in 1962 by Howard A. Kalmenson, with the purchase of KWKW, one of Los Angeles' original Spanish language radio stations.

Lotus currently owns and operates a total of 25 radio stations, in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Texas. They are comprised of 9 English, 13 Spanish and 1 Farsi, all various formats.

Lotus has recently acquired 3 TV stations in Phoenix, Arizona; Tampa, Florida and Houston, Texas.

Lotus Entravision Reps (LER), formerly Lotus Hispanic reps. is a new radio rep firm - a 50/50 partnership between Lotus Hispanic Reps and Entravision Communications. LER represents more than 150 Spanish language radio stations, including those owned by Lotus Communications, those owned by Entravision Communications and those formerly represented by Lotus Hispanic Reps.

We are very proud of being able to maintain the Company as a privately owned enterprise, providing a "home" for over 400 employees.
